American Indian prisoners in Wyoming can now use eagle feathers in their religious ceremonies. But in Arizona, Fish and Wildlife agents are seizing eagle feathers from the homes of Navajo Indians. It looks like they will have to be thrown in the slammer if they want to want to keep the feathers. (photo by JoKay Dowell, Oklahoma powwow)
